Lizi Rosenberg

Working for her mother’s catering company since her teenage years, Lizi has decades of experience in the food industry. Holding a variety of positions throughout the years, including chef, manager, small business owner, corporate caterer, food truck cook, cookbook co-writer, recipe tester/developer, food educator, and more, she has developed an understanding of how to enter, grow, and succeed in the field. Lizi brings her passion for food, care for students, and a love of collaborating with others to her teaching, while also building a safe and nourishing environment for all to grow.
