Kiwanis Club of Brattleboro Scholarship for Career Center High School Seniors
One $1,000 Kiwanis Club of Brattleboro Scholarship is available for all Brattleboro Career Center High School Seniors who will be attending a technical school, trade school or postsecondary college of trade, are good students and outstanding citizens. Applications may be obtained at Anne Doran’s office at the Career Center, 80 Atwood Street, Brattleboro, VT 05301.
Sons of American Legion
Two separate scholarships will be awarded to southern Vermont. One being $1,000. and the second for $500. This scholarship is for any student who is planning to attend a trade school or technical college and whose grandfather, grandmother, step grandparents, father, step father, mother, step mother, adopted parents or grandparents and brothers or sisters are a member of the American Legion family.
Rescue, Inc. Scholarship
This scholarship is for a student that is planning to pursue a career as an Emergency Medical Service provider. The successful applicant should be enrolled in a paramedic training program or a combination program for fire-fighting/medical first response at a post-high school institution. Windham Cty. Farm Bureau Scholarship
The Ranney Memorial Scholarship consists of two $1,000. grants for first-year college students. The applicant must be a Windham County resident. High school seniors will be given first consideration. Applicant is planning to attend a two or four year program in agriculture or allied field such as forestry, natural resource management, conservation, horticulture or outdoor recreation, etc. Please pick up applications in the Career Center office.
