Briggs
Trevor Briggs, a student in the Electrical Program at the Windham Regional Career Center, is currently completing hands-on electrical work at the Old School Community Center in Wilmington alongside Dawn Fournier, owner of Electrifying. As an apprentice electrician preparing to graduate from the WRCC Electrical Program, Trevor continues to demonstrate professionalism, technical skill development, and strong engagement in the field.
Throughout the project, Trevor has been actively involved in practical electrical installation work, applying the knowledge and safety practices learned through his training at WRCC. The experience is allowing him to further develop real-world skills while working directly under industry mentorship in a community-centered project. Trevor’s continued growth and participation reflect the value of work-based learning experiences in preparing students for careers in the skilled trades.
The project at the Old School Community Center highlights the collaboration between local industry professionals and WRCC students, giving Trevor meaningful exposure to the responsibilities and expectations of the electrical field as he transitions toward graduation and employment opportunities.
